What is the Inland Empire Restaurant Association?


The Inland Empire Restaurant Association is a business group dedicated to the growth and the continuation of business operations throughout the Inland Empire. We exist to serve you in any capacity that your business may need. From affiliate partners to attorney assistance we are here for you.




Do you offer training?


We sure do! Under the Professional Development Institute of the Inland Empire and our creation, Restaurant University, we have created a custom ordered training program complete with you as the client in mind. From leadership trainings to customer service to employee engagement scenarios, we cover it all. Some of our courses even offer college credits through local colleges.




Can anyone join the Restaurant Association? Do I have to be a restaurant?


You do not have to be a restaurant to join! In fact, we want diversity within the hospitality space. Restaurants, Bars, Wineries, and those who support these businesses can all become members and reap the same rewards.




Do I have to be in the Inland Empire to be a member?


We feel inclusion is a best practice and some of our neighboring counties would do well with this sort of representation in the restaurant industry. Los Angeles County, Orange County and San Diego County restaurants and services are welcome to apply.




Do you have legal services as part of your packages?


We partner with the Dieringer Law Group out of Murrieta, CA. As members of the Restaurant Association, you have direct access to this law group for your legal needs. *




Do you have awards?


Yes, we do! Starting when life gets back to normal, the Inland Empire Restaurant Association will have yearly awards denoting the top food categories, restaurants, wineries bars etc. in the entire Inland Empire! Be sure to stay tuned in!
